The exam season seems to get longer and longer, what with retakes, early modules and the ever widening range of subjects seeming to extend the main exam time table into months rather just a couple of weeks. Whilst there’s no magic short cut to really knowing your stuff and applying that knowledge on exam day there are plenty of ways to make the journey easier on yourself.
Do you find yourself saying you can’t ever be confident, or you’re no good at public speaking , or that you’ve never been able to do maths? If so it’s probably your fixed mindset and limiting beliefs getting in the way.
Do you have voices in your head? I do. They talk to me every day, but more about that later....
Now, most of us have some idea about what we want out of life. It may be a bit vague and unformed or you may have clearly defined goals that you work on every day.
But what about the stuff that gets in the way? The stuff that means we sabotage ourselves without even realising, and deprive ourselves of the success we deserve.
If you could have seen us last week you would have thought the household was about to explode. Everyone was shouting at the top of their voices and the dog had gone to hide in a corner with her paws over her ears.
Client Testimonials
Liz’s approach is supportive and reassuring. She explained each stage of the therapy in a way that reassured me about the experience, and ensured that I was relaxed at each key step. I would recommend Liz as a hypnotherapist without question.
