Life Changes Now is based in East Bergholt where Liz Kotarska also has her home. East Bergholt is on the Suffolk Essex border close to Ipswich and Colchester. Nearby towns and villages are Hadleigh, Harwich, Manningtree, Dedham, Capel St Mary and Ardleigh.

East Bergholt is very close to the A12 which means that it is easily reached from all parts of Essex and Suffolk via the trunk road system. Indeed Liz has provided hypnotherapy and thought field therapy to clients from many locations including Harold Wood, Chelmsford, Clacton, West Mersea, Braintree, Felixstowe, Sudbury, Framlingham, Woodbridge, Stowmarket and Bury St Edmunds.

For those clients dependent on others for transport who may waiting whilst treatment progresses, East Bergholt has historic connections with the famous artist John Constable; Flatford Mill, where he painted The Haywain, being just a short distance away. There are pubs and a tea room in the village. Just a few minutes drive away in Mannintree are shops and supermarkets.

Public transport to the village is available. There are bus services from Ipswich, Colchester and other locations but they can be sporadic or infrequent. Manningtree station which is on the main line from Norwich to Liverpool Street is a couple of miles away where a taxi service is available.
