Self Hypnosis


Self hypnosis (sometimes called auto hypnosis) is a skill that once acquired and then used regularly can make a huge difference to your quality of life. Whilst some may liken self hypnosis to meditation, when properly learned, it can be used far more widely. Not only is it a tool for regular relaxation but also it can be used to reduce stress, increase self understanding and for helping make changes or resolve difficult issues.

Self Hypnosis for You
Books are a wonderful resource for finding out about techniques and applications of self hypnosis, but there's nothing to beat experiential learning. This is the quickest way to discover for yourself how to reach a deep level of relaxation and embark on a journey of self discovery.

Our Self Hypnosis Course
Learning with others is an excellent way to build experience and understanding. Working in a small group means you can compare experiences and support one another at every step. So you may like to get together with friends or colleagues and I will be happy to provide a self hypnosis course or workshop.
The aim of this course is firstly to teach participants to really relax, to become more pleasurably aware of the world we live in, to appreciate and enjoy life more, to gain greater self-confidence and to become happier and more contented in themselves. NB. These courses are designed for those who are interested in exploring hypnosis or with mild symptoms. For more severe symptoms the greatest benefit will be gained from individual hypnotherapy.
