East Bergholt has historic connections with the famous artist John Constable; Flatford Mill, where he painted The Haywain, being just a short distance away.

East Bergholt lies a mile or two off the A12, almost exactly midway between Ipswich and Colchester, just on the Suffolk side of the border with Essex.

Most clients coming for private sessions, which last about an hour, seem to come from a distance which is within about a half hour drive, Ipswich and Colchester both falling within that radius and surrounding centres such as Dedham, Hadleigh and Manningtree being much closer.

However, some clients seeking Advanced Hypnotherapy are prepared to travel further from as far as Felixstowe, Woodbridge, or Braintree.
