Blushing is often a symptom of anxiety, embarassment or stress. Unfortunately the more attention you pay to it the more apparent it seems to feel. Once you are feeling more confident and happy in yourself you will tend to pay less and less attention to the blushes. Either they will no longer bother you and begin to fade away or they will very quickly become something of the past.
Sometimes blushing can be made worse by environmental substances or certain foods. It is useful to have these identified as part of your treatment. This is explained in my article about individual energy toxins.
